Jiwambe follows up, negotiates new terms, and may repossess assets if unresolved.

Do I get a loan clearance certificate upon full payment?

Yes, clients receive a confirmation of loan clearance via email/SMS.

Can I pay off my loan early?

Yes. No penalties for early repayment.

Are loans reported to CRB?

Only if default persists beyond agreed resolution timelines.

Can I apply without a guarantor?

No. A guarantor is a mandatory part of the approval process.

How do I know the loan terms?
